Our Hannover Messe Recap
Well, that was a fun week! We visited Hannover Messe last week, to catch up with old and new (podcast) friends and get a feeling about what’s cooking in the world of Industrial Data.
First a quick editorial note: We’ve been super active the last 1.5 months, publishing 12 podcasts. We learned a lot and we also reached 20.000+ readers, but it was also super intensive. Long story short: we’re returning back to one article/podcast per week 🙂

Catching up with our podcast guests and making new friends

What’s cooking?
We have some great interviews coming up in the months to come! You don’t want to miss out on them, so make sure to subscribe. We’ll be talking with industry experts on: “People, Parts and Processes” with Tim Butler, about how to “Unbundle the enterprise” with Stephen Fishman & Matt McLarty and on why “MES Matters” with Matt Barber!
We’ve been growing quickly, reaching a niche audience of IT, OT and IT/OT professionals all over the world, so thank you for being part of our community! Some quick stats:
We’ve published over 77.000 words (and wrote much more 😂)
We’ve now passed 100.000 page views with 50.000 unique readers on the blog 🎉
Our mission is simple:
We want to become the source of information when it comes to IT/OT cooperation and scaling out digital transformation in the industry.
To help us scale out, we are now finalizing our first partnerships. And to help you in your learning journey, we will be launching our ITOT.Academy later this year (more about this in one of the next articles).
Catching up with our podcast guests
It’s fun to record a podcast over the internet, but it’s even better to meet in person! So thank you for inviting us: HighByte, Celebal Technologies, HiveMQ, Crosser, TwinThread, Litmus and AVEVA! If you haven’t listened to the conversations we published with them then you can explore all 12 episodes here, on YouTube or on Spotify!

Making new friends
And of course, why not make some new friends! We were invited by:
Cybus, to talk about their take on data integration via their Connectware platform
Dell, to talk about how NativeEdge simplifies edge operations and
Factry, to discuss how they tackle data convergence (and since we were there, record some videos).

Joining (on-prem) forces with Exponential Industry
On Tuesday morning, we joined forces with Exponential Industry and visited the Crosser booth. They also did a great job capturing all important announcements made last week, so check out their article if you want to learn more about HighByte’s support for Amazon S3 tables, Litmus’ partnership with Microsoft and more.

That’s it for this recap!
Starting next week we are back with our normal weekly articles and podcasts.
